1. Service

We provide a hosted form-building and CRM service. We may update features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Fee Fi Form to collect data unlawfully, send spam, host malware, or violate third-party rights.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you collect through forms. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service. See our Data Processing Agreement.

5. Fees

Fee Fi Form is provided to you by your agency at no charge. If fees ever apply, they will be agreed in writing with you in advance.

6. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may suspend accounts for breach of these Terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on our website.
